Tony Lawrence was born into a family that loves American
music.
This versatile entertainer performs hundreds of hits from the 60's,
70's and 80's, including heartfelt tributes to Elvis, Roy Orbison, Neil
Diamond, Ricky Nelson, Dion, Johnny Rivers, The Platters, Bob Seger and many
others.
He has performed throughout the United States and opened for Chubby Checker,
The Platters, The Marvallets, Little Anthony, The Drifters, Leslie Gore, Ty
Herndon, and many more.
He presented a powerful performance in Nashville at The Ryman Auditorium.
Don Reed was so impressed with his showmanship he brought him back that same
year to perform at Nashville's Music Jamboree at the Canary.

Tony Lawrence has performed in Las Vegas with the Jordanairs, Elvis Presley's
original backup group.
In August of 2007 his amazing voice and likeness to the "King" made him a
finalist in the prestigious "Images of the King" competition held in
Memphis,Tennessee. That was the 30th anniversary of Elvis Presley's death,
an event that drew 72 contestants into an international competition for
World Title of best Elvis Tribute Artist.
In 2002 he was a finalist in the competition at the Club Vegas Theater in
Branson, Mo.
